What Makes the Sahaja Experience Different
We designed our programmes around the realities of women's lives in Malaysia — not around what is easiest to deliver.
Back to HomeSix Things That Set Sahaja Apart
Circle-Based Format
Sessions are structured around small, comfortable groups — not auditorium-style delivery. Every participant has a voice in the room.
Women-Only Space
Our programmes are designed specifically for women, with examples, discussions, and materials that reflect the money situations women actually encounter.
No Products to Sell
We are an education provider, not a financial product distributor. Participants receive knowledge and tools — never a sales pitch.
Three Depth Options
From a single half-day session to a three-month foundations course, participants choose the level of depth that fits their current needs and availability.
Plain Language, Always
Jargon-free content delivered in clear, accessible English, with facilitators who take every question seriously regardless of starting knowledge.
Tangible Take-Home Materials
Every programme includes workbooks, journals, guides, or handbooks so learning continues well after the session ends.
Each Benefit, Explained
Facilitator Expertise and Background
The Sahaja team comes from adult education and community facilitation backgrounds. This matters: the skills needed to run a financially useful circle are quite different from those needed to deliver a lecture. Our facilitators know how to create conditions where participants feel comfortable enough to engage honestly — and that is where real learning happens.
- Community development and adult learning backgrounds
- Orientation in Sahaja standards before leading sessions
- Ongoing feedback review to improve delivery quality
"Learning alongside others who are at a similar point makes the material land differently. You hear a question and realise it was the one you were too shy to ask."
— Observed from participant sessions, May 2025
Materials are developed by our curriculum lead and reviewed regularly. Each resource is written to be genuinely useful at home — not just during the session.
- Confidence worksheets and goals guides (Workshop)
- Personal journal and planning toolkit (Skills Programme)
- Workbooks, clinics, and finance reference handbook (Foundations)
Well-Crafted Learning Materials
Every Sahaja programme includes materials participants can keep. These are not filler handouts — they are designed as practical references. The Finance Foundations Course includes a dedicated finance reference handbook, intended to remain useful long after the final session is complete.
A Genuinely Welcoming Participant Experience
Enquiries are handled with patience. Enrolment is straightforward. Sessions start on time. Questions are taken seriously. Follow-up check-ins are part of the longer programmes. These details matter — the participant experience at Sahaja is designed to be as friction-free and respectful as possible from first contact to final session.
- Response to enquiries within one business day
- Clear programme information before enrolment
- Review check-ins included in longer programmes
Participants leave with a clearer sense of their own money situation and a set of practical tools — not with a to-do list of products to buy or accounts to open.
The circle format builds a sense of shared experience that many participants describe as one of the most valuable parts of the programme.
Programme Fees at a Glance
All fees include materials. Payment details shared on enrolment.
Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Costs
Sahaja's programme fees are stated clearly upfront. There are no additional charges for materials — worksheets, journals, workbooks, and handbooks are all included in the fee. There are no upsells during sessions, and participants are never encouraged to purchase anything beyond the programme they enrolled in.

The Sahaja Distinctives
The Gathering Circle Model
Our unique circle-based session design is built around community rather than instruction. Participants learn from facilitators and from each other — which produces more durable understanding than passive listening alone.
Three Interconnected Programmes
The Workshop, Skills Programme, and Foundations Course are not unrelated products — they share a consistent approach and vocabulary, so a participant can move from one to the next without starting over.
A Completely Pressure-Free Environment
No urgency, no sales, no follow-up for upsells. Participants who complete a programme are not chased for the next one. The environment is designed for learning, not conversion.
A Permanent, Accessible Location
Sahaja has a dedicated space at Menara KEN TTDI in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur — a professional, welcoming venue that participants return to across sessions, building familiarity and comfort.
